These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an enterprise entity, and DXC Group Inc ("DXC Group," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our platform, APIs, and agent orchestration services.
All customers agree to comply with Anthropic's Usage Policies and Commercial Terms. You may not use DXC Group's platform to conduct unlawful activities, violate intellectual property, or deploy autonomous actions that violate ethical safety standards.
Our proprietary platform, architecture, orchestration engine, and logos are owned by DXC Group Inc. All client inputs and specific workflow outputs remain the sole property of the client.
In no event will DXC Group Inc, our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of California, United States of America.
